PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected on our website are processed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
Likewise, we guarantee that personal data are processed in a lawful, loyal and transparent manner, and are collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes. The identification of data subjects shall not be permitted for longer than necessary and their security shall be ensured by appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Personal data shall be processed by the responsible entity when you provide it by completing the registration or contact forms, sending emails or calling by phone.
The data will be processed in order to communicate with the data subjects by any means and to respond to inquiries and requests for information.

The data collected for the purpose of sending commercial communications will be kept for as long as said purpose lasts or the user objects to the processing.

- Deletion, or deleting personal data we hold about you that we are not legally obliged to retain;
- Objection, or having us stop processing your personal data for a specific purpose;
- Limitation, or restricting the processing we carry out;
- Portability, or having us provide you with the personal data in our possession;
In order to exercise any of your rights under the data protection regulations, you may request a “form for the exercise of rights” from the data controller or download any of the forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency through this link and submit it completed together with a copy of your ID or any other valid identification document to the controller’s address or email address.

How do we ensure the security of your data?
We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security that prevents accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data, or unauthorised communication of or access to such data.
We have also enabled procedures to respond in a timely manner to any security breaches that may occur concerning your personal data.
When hiring providers, we guarantee that they implement the appropriate security measures for the protection of personal data.
